• Campus Copier Program

  Digital Print Services currently leases more than 250 copiers to dozens of different UCR departments. You can be next – we can provide you with the machine of your choice, with the features you want. Modern copiers are often less expensive to operate and maintain than older models and offer increased functionality, plus all copiers come with a full-service maintenance plan.

  The UCR ID Card (R'Card) is an interactive ID that facilitates commerce and access across the campus (and beyond) for students, staff, and faculty. You will want to keep it with you at all times.

  Highlander Service Station can plan and coordinate your large mailings, help cut your postage expenses, and speed the delivery of your mail. Mail your letters, packages, priority mail, and prepaid FedEx/UPS, or buy stamps directly from our office.

• Notary Services

  Campus Business Services has commissioned notary public staff, ready to notarize business and personal documents quickly and efficiently at the UCR campus. Some commonly notarized documents include wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, and affidavits. Contact us today to check notary off your list.  The fee is payable with credit card or department recharge.

  UCR Passport Services is open by appointment and offers full passport services, including expedited processing. Schedule yours today!

  Obtain standard 2”x2” photos issued by the Highlander Service Station that can be used for U.S. passport and visa applications.  The Highlander Service Station will print a set of (2) photos for a small fee.
